This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who wants to sit at the intersection of external regulatory developments, internal compliance, and product/program evolution - and who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments where the stakes are real and the work has direct business impact.\nKey job responsibilities\nYou will track and monitor the full lifecycle of regulatory work across our Americas. That lifecycle has three dimensions:\nYou will track regulatory developments across Americas, assess their business impact, and contribute to shaping policy outcomes through engagement with policymakers and regulators.\nWhen legislation passes or regulations are issued, you will own the translation of regulatory requirements into concrete product and operational changes. You will define what needs to be built, coordinate with engineering and operational teams, and drive delivery against deadlines.\nOnce a compliance program is live, you will track that it stays compliant. You will manage structured reviews, assess how business changes interact with existing regulatory obligations, and respond to regulatory inquiries from government agencies. You will also manage regulatory data obligations, coordinating responses to government data requests, ensuring accuracy and integrity of regulatory submissions, and maintaining visibility into our data reporting footprint across Americas.
