We’re making history and the good news is we’ve only just begun. \nRAD (Rapid Asset Deployment) Process Assistant will be working at the RAD center to provide Rapid solution for IT Assets triage, troubleshooting, repairs and RMA/ARMAs. They will also be partnering with all the OEMs in India for RMA support. \nKey job responsibilities\nBachelor’s degree in Computer science or IT related field (BCA, MCA, B.Tech). \nMicrosoft MCSE, MCITP Systems Administrator (Active Directory) \n3 to 5 years of relevant experience RMA/Repair of Laptops, Desktops, RF Scanners and IT Inventory Management /Networking \nProven skills in diagnosing PC/Laptop defects, repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation\nExperience troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, RF scanners, and portable handheld terminals\nKnowledge on RMA process of all IT related equipment’s\nKnowledge on Chip level PCB repair would be added advantage \nHands on experience in Windows OS imaging\nExperience troubleshooting and maintaining laser printers and zebra printers.\nHands on experience in IT Inventory management \nUnderstanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, OSI Model and TCP/IP protocols and applications\nAbility to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms \nProven ability to work successfully with limited supervision \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable communicating in person and via phone/messenger with peers, management, contractors and vendors. \nWe have a 5-day work week but given the 7 days a week operation, the 2 scheduled days off will vary based on shift patterns and business needs.\nBasic qualifications\n- 3+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience\n- Bachelor's degree\n- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications\n- Experience with Excel\nPreferred qualifications\n- Speak, write, and read fluently in English\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
