As a leader of this role you will have high leadership visibility and will own, manage and improve processes to increase our selection, and thus improving our customer experience by offering all the items our customers want.\nKey job responsibilities\n- Coordinate priorities and projects with central teams, external data providers, and business teams to identify and offer relevant selection to customers;\n- Participate in quarterly business reviews with senior leadership, presenting results, challenges and driving meaningful discussions to solve problems;\n- Develop comprehensive mechanisms to drive and capture 3P actions on missing selection;\n- Own the selection funnel, identifying scalable initiatives to efficiently move selection from listing to first sale;\n- Work with Marketplace counterparts to create and implement the Stores level selection strategy.\nBasic qualifications\n- 3+ years of product management experience\n- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services\n- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MSAccess, Tableau, Essbase or Cognos)\n- Bachelor's degree\n- Speak, write, and read fluently in English\nPreferred qualifications\n- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization\n- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on tight deadlines\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
