Our team members must be able to navigate ambiguity while maintaining focus on delivering results.\nBasic qualifications\n- Bachelor's degree\n- 5+ years of program or project management experience\n- Speak, write, and read fluently in English\n- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience\n- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience\n- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements\n- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL\n- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field\nPreferred qualifications\n- Master's degree\n- PMP certificate\n- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
