You will work across multiple stakeholder groups including operations, engineering, finance, procurement, real estate, technology, and external partners to deliver new facilities safely, on time, and within budget.\nThis role requires strong program management skills, the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders across different functions, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly.\nKey job responsibilities\nLead end-to-end delivery of network expansion and launch programs, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.\nDevelop project plans, launch schedules, governance mechanisms, and risk mitigation strategies across multiple concurrent initiatives.\nPartner with operations, engineering, finance, procurement, and real estate teams to define requirements and ensure successful project execution.\nManage external vendors, consultants, contractors, and service providers throughout the project lifecycle.\nTrack project performance through data, metrics, and reporting mechanisms, identifying risks and driving corrective actions when required.\nOwn stakeholder communication, providing clear updates on milestones, dependencies, financial performance, risks, and launch readiness.\nDrive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives to improve launch speed, reduce cost, and increase scalability across markets.\nSupport business planning activities including capital planning, budget forecasting, resource planning, and long-term network expansion strategies.\nConduct site visits and audits to validate project progress, operational readiness, quality standards, and compliance requirements.\nBuild scalable tools, mechanisms, and operating models that enable efficient execution of future expansion programs. A day in the life As a Program Manager, your primary focus will be delivering expansion and launch projects that help Amazon grow its operational footprint across KSA. A typical day may include reviewing project milestones, coordinating with stakeholders, resolving execution risks, and tracking launch readiness activities. You will work closely with operations, engineering, finance, procurement, and external partners to keep projects on schedule and within budget. You will regularly analyze performance metrics, drive process improvements, and communicate progress, risks, and key decisions to senior leaders. Success in this role comes from balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and delivering results.
