The ideal candidate blends strong program management skills with a passion for translating complex data into actionable strategies and a curiosity for building AI-driven tools that redefine how we work.\nKey job responsibilities\nProduct Lifecycle Management & Data-Driven Strategy Develop and execute end-to-end operational strategies for product launches and growth initiatives, grounded in rigorous business analysis. Leverage data modeling, market intelligence, and AI-powered forecasting to inform category planning, optimize resource allocation, and accelerate time-to-market. Continuously monitor product performance using analytical frameworks to identify growth levers and drive iterative improvements across the lifecycle.\nProblem Solving & Intelligent Decision-Making Apply strong analytical skills to quickly identify and break down complex problems, evaluate trade-offs, and make data-informed decisions under tight timelines. Utilize advanced business analysis techniques - including root cause analysis, scenario modeling, and predictive analytics - to surface actionable insights from large-scale operational data. Explore and integrate AI/GenAI-assisted diagnostic tools to enhance the speed and accuracy of problem identification and resolution.\nStakeholder Communication & Insight Storytelling Build effective communication frameworks that keep global stakeholders, partner teams, and leadership aligned, informed, and engaged. Transform complex business analysis outputs and AI-generated insights into clear, compelling narratives and visual dashboards that drive strategic alignment. Champion a culture of data transparency by democratizing access to analytical tools and AI-driven reporting across cross-functional teams.\nScaled Solutions, GenAI & Automation Development Proactively identify opportunities to drive scalable operational improvements by exploring and adopting GenAI and automation solutions. Partner with technology and data science teams to co-develop, pilot, and scale AI-powered tools - including intelligent workflow automation, natural language processing applications, and machine learning models - that streamline sourcing operations, reduce manual effort, and create lasting competitive advantages.
