Our Brand Engagement & Experiences team sits at the intersection of food culture, purpose-driven content, and immersive activations that connect customers, team members, and communities to the higher purpose at the heart of our brand: Nourishing People and the Planet.\nWe are seeking a Program Manager to support the planning and execution of team member and supplier facing events by creating scalable processes to stand up multiple high-impact, experiential moments that build Whole Foods Market brand love.\nKey job responsibilities\nOwn end-to-end event planning and execution across campus, supplier, and company programs, from scoping and budgeting through day-of delivery.\nManage a portfolio of events ranging from leadership gatherings to large-scale programs with 2,000+ attendees.\nCoordinate annual team member recognition programs, including nominations, creative production, and ceremony execution.\nOwn vendor sourcing, contracts, invoicing, and budget tracking across all events.\nLeverage AI tools to support project management, budgeting, and planning workflows\nPartner with creative, design, and communications teams on event branding and materials; ability to self-design is a plus\nSupport the Event Director across programs and provide operational coverage as needed.\nIdentify and implement process improvements to increase event quality and efficiency.\nBasic qualifications\n- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)\n- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines\n- Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets.\n- 2-4 years of experience in event planning, event coordination, or program management.\nPreferred qualifications\n- Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership\n- Experience planning events in a corporate, retail, or hospitality environment.\n- Familiarity with Amazon systems and procurement processes.\n- Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities\nAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
