You will be expected to confidently operate in fast-pace and often ambiguous environment.\nA day in the life\nDay-to-day, you own relationships with North America PARP commercial partners, acting as their primary point of contact, resolving escalations, and driving adoption of Amazon programs. Internally, you collaborate with Product, Operations, and Program teams to surface partner feedback, identify network quality gaps, and influence roadmap priorities. You track partner health metrics, lead improvement initiatives, and ensure performance standards are met across the network.
