You'll collaborate closely with technical and operational teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and properly translated into viable solutions, while continuously evaluating progress against established metrics.\nAbout the team\nThe ROC Tech&OI Team serves as a critical bridge between the Middle Mile Product Teams and ROC Operations teams, ensuring that feature development aligns perfectly with customer needs and operational priorities at a global scale. Our mission is to support all ROC Teams on the Disruption Management platform and integrate operations with DM and Relay technology.
