When that promise is at risk Reverse Logistics and Driver Support (ROADS) is the team that catches it. We're good at catching. We need a Sr. Program Manager to help us build for the day we don't have to.\nROADS is the centralized layer that protects reverse logistics performance across Ship with Amazon (SWA) and Counters Returns. We own real-time intervention, resolve escalations end to end, and - this is the part that matters - we build the mechanisms that make those interventions unnecessary.\nIn this role you will:\nOwn outcomes, not status decks.\nLaunch, not inherit.\nAutomate what you touch.\nHave real cross-functional influence. Up to 10% travel may be required. Key job responsibilities\nManage and oversee various cross-functional programs, ensuring successful delivery.\nDevelop and refine program strategies, effectively leading and motivating teams.\nSet clear objectives for programs, leveraging data analytics to drive improvements and achieve metrics.\nNavigate and resolve ambiguities in business scenarios, applying creative problem-solving skills.\nFoster collaboration with internal and external partners to optimize resource allocation and project success.\nEvaluate and prioritize projects in conjunction with customer needs and technical team inputs.\nBridge gaps in team dynamics, processes, and systems, preventing common project pitfalls.\nIdentify and mitigate risks, preventing them from escalating into major issues.\nRegularly communicate with senior managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to support key business initiatives.\nDevelop, implement, and oversee KPI reporting for a program portfolio, ensuring clear visibility of milestones and project performance.\nManage and communicate project budgets effectively.\nBasic qualifications\n- 3+ years of program or project management experience\n- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience\n- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL\n- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements\n- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams\nPreferred qualifications\n- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience\n- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience\n- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization\n- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules\nAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
