This role focuses on managing selections, scaling initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution of key programs that impact customer experience, speed and operational efficiency.\nKey job responsibilities\nProgram Execution & Delivery\nOwn and manage lifecycle activities for 2-3 medium-sized programs simultaneously, driving end-to-end delivery from conception to implementation\nDevelop and execute project plans, securing resources and managing implementation across cross-functional teams\nTrack tasks, deliverables, deadlines, and milestones through regular status checks with stakeholders\nMake appropriate trade-offs to optimize timelines and deliverables in consultation with stakeholders\nStakeholder Management & Collaboration\nPartner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, product teams and other cross-functional teams to align on program objectives\nClearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to all stakeholders\nProvide fortnightly status updates to leadership on program progress, team readiness, challenges, and support requirements\nInfluence without authority by building trust and consensus across multiple teams.\nUse data and metrics to drive improvements and measure program success\nConduct deep dives into operational metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement\nCreate executive-level reports and presentations for senior leadership\nTrack and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to program objectives\nLaunch & Scale Management\nBasic qualifications\n- 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience\n- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience\n- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays\nPreferred qualifications\n- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
