A larger picture of customer, partner and seller experience is essential, along with a high willingness to take ownership of the program's roadmap and its continuous improvement.\nKey job responsibilities\n- Deliver results through extensive cross functional integration with multiple Amazon internal teams\n- Coordinate with internal teams to address program’s requirements and sellers/customers’ experience improvements\n- Lead and control profitability initiatives for sustainable growth\n- Partner with key stakeholders like Operations, Finance, Sales, Seller Support, and Legal to solve issues and ramp up program\n- Strong commitment towards goals and outcomes to ensure Customer Experience metrics are maintained\n- Be organized, apt and prompt in notifying the situation and updating the same\nBasic qualifications\n- Bachelor's degree\n- Speak, write, and read fluently in English\n- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements\n- Experience in program or project management\n- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams\n- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics\nPreferred qualifications\n- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization\n- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules\n- Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish\n- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
