Program Manager Intern, AWS Cloud Logistics

AWS Cloud Logistics (ACL) is looking for a motivated Supply Chain Program Management Intern to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will drive documentation standardization, create internal enablement resources, build operational playbooks, and explore agentic AI solutions - all within a global supply chain that powers AWS's infrastructure worldwide. You will be able to leverage Amazon's suite of AI tools, Amazon Quick, and its underlying models to optimize your workflow and productivity while continuing to grow and develop your acumen in AI.

Key job responsibilities

- Documentation Standardization & Governance: Lead the standardization of documentation across the team's knowledge base, conducting a comprehensive audit and establishing consistency in format, structure, and content quality. Ensure all customer-facing information is current, accurate, and accessible, implementing a sustainable refresh cadence with clear ownership. Develop a detailed project plan for ongoing documentation maintenance and governance.

- Enablement Content Design & Relaunch: Own the complete redesign and relaunch of a flagship internal enablement module, incorporating feedback from the prior version and applying modern instructional design principles. This project-based deliverable offers clear scope and measurable outcomes, making it an ideal, high-visibility contribution for an intern.

- Onboarding & Enablement Flows: Partner with the onboarding and enablement team to design end-to-end flows and playbooks that map the full customer journey within AWS Cloud Logistics. Translate complex, cross-functional processes into clear, repeatable guides that help new joiners and stakeholders ramp quickly and consistently.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Input: Gather input from stakeholders across all levels of the organization to ensure enablement materials reflect how the business actually operates. Build feedback loops and review mechanisms so content stays accurate and sustainable well beyond your tenure.

- Continuous Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to simplify and streamline how knowledge is captured, maintained, and surfaced - including exploring AI and automation to reduce manual effort and improve discoverability of enablement resources.

A day in the life

No two days look the same, but every day has a rhythm. Your morning might start by supporting an operational task for the team - pulling data, updating a tracker, or preparing materials for an upcoming review. You then jump into a call with internal stakeholders to align on a project deliverable, followed by a session with an external partner to understand how supply chain processes work on the ground. After lunch you meet with your assigned mentor, who helps you connect the dots between your projects and the bigger picture of AWS's cloud computing infrastructure and global supply chain. The afternoon is heads-down time on one of your dedicated projects - maybe drafting a playbook, building out a knowledge base page, or redesigning an enablement module. Between project sprints, you are meeting with teams across different functions and geographies to learn how our end-to-end supply chain operates and how AWS services underpin it. You also have a regular check-in with your manager to review progress, remove blockers, and discuss your development goals. Most days end knowing you have contributed to something the team will use long after your internship ends - and that you understand a little more about how the cloud gets built.

Basic qualifications

- Currently enrolled in school for bachelor or above degree, graduating between Aug 2027 - Aug 2028

- Interest and background in business intelligence and data analytics

- Excellent business and communication skills, high attention to detail

- Candidates must be able to legally work in Singapore.

- Able to commit full-time internship.

Preferred qualifications

- Experience building reports/visualizations via QuickSight

- Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data using SQL

- Experience in Excel as main presentation tool for data sets

- Comfort with ambiguity; ability to be flexible in a rapidly changing environment.
