You will also own business planning, performance tracking, and transformation initiatives, using data-driven insights to identify opportunities, set priorities, and accelerate growth.\nThe ideal candidate has experience in strategy consulting, business management, or business transformation, complemented by hands-on experience working with customers and executing initiatives in dynamic environments, ideally including startups or high-growth businesses.\nKey job responsibilities\nOwn and drive key business initiatives to accelerate growth, improve performance, and transform the Quick Commerce business, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans.\nIdentify business opportunities through market analysis, customer insights, and performance data, developing recommendations to improve the customer value proposition and business results.\nPartner with Product Managers to identify customer needs and business opportunities, contributing to the development and refinement of new products, features, and services.\nDevelop and manage business plans with clear objectives, success metrics, and milestones across selection, product availability, pricing competitiveness, and delivery performance.\nLead regular business reviews and deep-dive analyses to assess performance, identify root causes, prioritize opportunities, and drive corrective actions.\nDrive continuous improvement by challenging existing processes, identifying operational gaps, and implementing scalable solutions as the business evolves.\nLead cross-functional initiatives, working closely with Operations, Product, Tech, Marketing, Category, and Finance teams, as well as external partners, to ensure alignment and execution.\nProactively identify risks, remove blockers, and manage competing priorities to ensure timely delivery of key business initiatives.\nAbout the team\nnclusive team culture\nAt Amazon we embrace our differences and we are committed to furthering our culture of inclusion. We care about your career growth and strive to assign projects based on what will help each team member develop into a better-rounded professional.\nBasic qualifications\n- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience\n- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience\n- Bachelor's degree\n- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)\n- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements\n- 3+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience\nPreferred qualifications\n- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience\n- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules\n- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
