The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical planning and written/verbal communication skills along with preferred experience in Forecasting Sales & Operations Planning and Inventory management.\nKey job responsibilities\n Set up robust processes to improve forecasting accuracy with an objective to minimize cost and maximize customer/seller experience\n Support the business growth in constrained environments with Frugal and innovative solutions\n Make the existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools/automation\n Rollout best practices from other geographies/ companies to minimize end to end supply chain losses\n Utilize exceptional problemsolving and communication skills to influence business operations and technical audiences\n Program manage and drive decision making across cross functional teams and senior leadership\nBachelors degree\n 4 years of program or project management experience\n 4 years of working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams experience\n 4 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience\n Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL\n Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements\n Prior Experience in Amazon fresh supply chain\n3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience\n 3 years of driving process improvements experience\n Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization\n Experience building processes project management and schedules\n Experience in Fresh business (Amazon Fresh)\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
