In this role, you will define product requirements, drive quarterly roadmaps with third-party technology partners, make build-vs-buy trade-offs, and own the end-to-end delivery of travel platform capabilities - from feature intake through launch, adoption tracking, and continuous improvement. You will define and track self-service and platform health metrics, coordinate platform migrations and automation initiatives, and produce data-driven narratives for leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, can translate customer needs into clear product requirements and technical solutions, and is energized by delivering measurable results for a global user base. This role requires you to influence without authority - working across internal stakeholders (category managers, customer care, customer engagement, data teams) and external vendor engineering and product teams to resolve dependencies and deliver shared outcomes.
