Ready to Hire Evaluation Analyst, Data center learning

Are you curious about what makes talent programs truly effective? The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Data Center Learning (DCL) team is looking for a Ready to Hire Evaluation Analyst to join our growing evaluation team within Learning Operations. In this role, you will assess the effectiveness of Data Center Learning programs across multiple geographies, turning raw data into actionable insights that shape where we invest and how we grow our data center workforce. This is a new and rapidly expanding area for DCL - and your work will shift the organization from measuring activity volume to measuring real impact and conversion rates. You will partner with colleagues across the builder readiness continuum, customer success, and Talent Acquisition (TA) teams to ensure our programs are preparing the right candidates for our data centers worldwide.

Key job responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end evaluation program for Data Center Learning programs, defining success metrics, tracking progress, and delivering detailed analysis reports that recommend where to invest across geographies.

- Baseline current program performance, identify gaps, and surface data-driven recommendations to stakeholders who define pipeline identification strategies, proactively mitigating risks to program timelines and outcomes.

- Use Amazon's internal analytics tools and generative AI capabilities to build insights, automate reporting, and continuously improve evaluation methods.

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including customer success, TA, and builder readiness teams to align evaluation findings with broader workforce development goals and drive measurable improvements in conversion rates.

- Communicate findings and trade-off recommendations clearly to program leaders and senior stakeholders, clearing blockers and driving timely decisions that keep improvement efforts on track.

A day in the life

You will start your day reviewing the latest data from ongoing program evaluations, identifying trends and areas that need attention. From there, you will move into collaborative sessions with TA partners and builder readiness stakeholders to discuss findings and align on next steps. Much of your week balances independent, heads-down analysis work with cross-team meetings where you present recommendations and help shape investment decisions. You operate proactively, setting the evaluation roadmap rather than reacting to requests, and you have the autonomy to define what good performance looks like for the programs you assess.

The Data Center Learning team sits within AWS Infrastructure Services and is dedicated to developing a world-class data center workforce. We create learning experiences for new hires, build career development paths to grow internal talent, and experiment with new technology to improve how adults learn in a data center environment. Basic qualifications

- Experience in technical product or program management

- Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management

- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
