The Retail Experience Design & Development roleleads the full lifecycle of high-visibility retail experience initiatives that bring the Amazon, Blink, and Ring brands and product experiences to life in physical environments. Based in Seattle and anchored at Amazon’s Ivy Retail Experience Center - Amazon’s flagship showroom, prototyping, and technology-validation facility - this role owns how customers discover, understand, and adopt our products through immersive retail storytelling, best-in-class fixture design, and merchandising systems that scale globally. The role partners closely with design, engineering, operations, channel marketing, and vendor partners to bring fixture experiences to life - from concept through production to sustained optimization - and serves as the final quality and validation gate before experiences and technology deploy to Amazon’s retail footprint.
