You will work closely with an internal inter-disciplinary team, and outside partners to drive key aspects of product definition, execution and test. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.\nAs part of the RF Systems Integration team, you will be responsible for wireless design and integration at Lab126. This includes the development and optimization of various wireless technologies including LTE, GPS, 802.11 (WiFi), Bluetooth, UWB and other IoT technologies.\nIn this role you will:\n- Work within a project team and take responsibility for the WiFi, BT implementation\n- Meet with vendors and technology suppliers to select components\n- Simulate, implement, validate and optimize RF circuits (including schematic capture and PCB layout)\n- Characterize and debug desenseand EMI issues to meet requirements\n- Perform multi-radio coexistence mitigation (including RF link budget planning and issue debugging)\n- Perform simulations for RF design and desense mitigation (3D EM and circuit level simulations)\n- Take the product through development, compliance testing, operator testing, ramp up and sustaining\n- Support radiated manufacturing test and defects in the factory\n- Work with software, mechanical engineering, baseband and compliance teams\nKey job responsibilities\nDesign RF systems for multi-radio integration (Wi-Fi, BT, cellular, satellite, GNSS, UWB, NFC) in compact devices.\nDevelop RF sensing solutions: ranging, localization, radar-based presence and occupancy detection\nDefine and close TX/RX chain link budgets, including cellular, satellite (NTN), and sub-1GHz long-range links.\nAnalyze and mitigate multi-radio coexistence, desense, and blocker effects\nSupport RF compliance and carrier certification (FCC/CE/TELEC/MIC, PTCRB/GCF) from design phase through mass production.\nDevelop reusable multi-radio and RF-sensing reference designs that scale across the device portfolio.\nPartner cross-functionally with firmware, antenna, algorithms/ML, compliance, PM, and silicon/module vendors to ship on schedule.\nBasic qualifications\n- 4+ years of working in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience\n- Experience with prototyping and implementation\nPreferred qualifications\n- Knowledge of SolidWorks simulation or Ansys Finite Element analysis tools\n- Experience in the design of complex mechanical products and equipment at volume\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
