You will be partnering with business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to learn the evolving requirements and deliver best customer experience. You are responsible for technical bar of the team through your design reviews and technical direction. You guide team to engineering processes and tools to improve velocity and productivity of the team. And, you mentor other seasoned and emerging engineers within the team and in the organization.\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\n 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience\n 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience\n 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience\n Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team\n Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience\n\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
