Amazon Shipping is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst II to support our growing Commercial organization.\nIn this role, you will partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Product, and other teams to improve pipeline visibility, maintain CRM data quality, develop reporting and analytics, and support core sales operating rhythms. You will analyze sales performance, pipeline health, seller productivity, account coverage, and conversion while identifying opportunities to simplify processes and build scalable mechanisms that help our sales organization operate more effectively.\nKey job responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain analytical mechanisms that provide visibility into pipeline health, sales performance, conversion, productivity, and key business metrics.\nAnalyze large datasets to identify trends, gaps, anomalies, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations for Sales and Revenue Operations leadership.\nSupport pipeline governance mechanisms, including opportunity hygiene, aging, activity, stage progression, close-date accuracy, and other indicators of pipeline quality.\nMaintain and improve Salesforce data quality through recurring audits, exception reporting, data validation, and partnership with sales teams to resolve defects.\nSupport account and territory management processes, including account assignment, ownership changes, segmentation, coverage analysis, and book-of-business governance.\nBuild recurring and ad hoc analyses to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and sales leadership decision-making.\nPartner with Sales Operations leaders and sales leaders to define metrics, establish targets, and develop mechanisms to track progress against business objectives.\nIdentify manual or inefficient processes and develop scalable solutions through automation, improved reporting, and process simplification.\nPartner with technical and business teams to translate operational requirements into enhancements for Salesforce, BI tools, and other sales technology.\nBasic qualifications\n- Bachelor's degree or equivalent\n- Experience with Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau\n- Experience working in a sales organization and with sales data, processes, policies, etc.\n- Experience in business analysis and functional roles requiring quantitative, analytical and organizational skills\nPreferred qualifications\n- 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience\n- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
