The Sales Support will execute sales operational tasks to ensure AGL services deliverables and experience to sellers and internal stakeholders. The role will work on Amazon systems, interact with multiple sales teams, and perform daily operational tasks on seller onboarding, contracting, account configuration, and other sales support or admin tasks.\nThe ideal candidate should have strong ownership to work independently and deliver timely and accurately in a complex and fast-growing business environment. The candidate will be able to interface with technology systems, be comfortable in executing repeatable processes while identify and proactively explore opportunities for process improvement or automation. \nKey job responsibilities\n· Conduct full seller onboarding process from contracting to account creation and configuration, by strictly following SOPs\n· Explore opportunities to continuously improve process efficiency, and update SOPs in accordance\n· Provide analysis on onboarding processes and present findings to the team\n· Respond to internal and external stakeholders to effectively address customer needs\n· Document and provide visibility of process deliverables\n· Generate various sets of daily, weekly and monthly business reports to track against objectives\n· Provide daily support to other multiple sales teams on centralized and standardized operational tasks including but not limited to: contract management, data cleaning and mapping, hotline to general questions from wide sales team, reports generation, training, sales admin etc.\nBasic qualifications\n- Experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities and experience in managing and troublshooting network\n- Bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain or logistics, or 3+ years of team management, budget responsibilities, supplier management, problem solving, and client/ customer relations experience\n- Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or a related field\nPreferred qualifications\n- Experience recognizing a challenge and working with a variety of teams and data sources to diagnose the problem and recommend solutions\n- Experience working with data analytics and using these metrics to identify problems\n- Knowledge of general AI tools\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
