You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, new feature delivery, integrations with internal tools and AWS services, and ensuring a smooth experience for business teams across Support, Operations, and Customer Advisory.\nYou will use your business judgement and technical experience to design and build compelling solutions for hundreds of internal customers in a fast-paced, innovative environment.\nKey job responsibilities\nManage configuration of Salesforce features including user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, Flows, and Process Builders.\nManage Salesforce support requests and escalated administrative needs - provide prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges.\nCollaborate with product owners and business stakeholders on major project roll-outs, including training and troubleshooting for end-users.\nMonitor system health and proactively identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce in innovative ways to improve business processes and increase productivity. Development\nDesign and develop Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs to support complex business logic.\nBuild and maintain Lightning Components and Visualforce pages for custom user interfaces.\nDevelop and manage integrations with internal tools and AWS services using REST/SOAP APIs.\nDesign and implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations to connect Salesforce with AWS, Retail, and Ads platforms - enabling AI-powered workflows across multi-cloud ecosystems.\nDesign, build, and maintain data models and data pipelines for Salesforce - including ETL/ELT processes, data lake integrations, and real-time sync with external systems. Cross-Cutting\nPartner with system product owners to deliver tailored solutions that support business requirements and drive tangible business value.\nConsult with stakeholders on application performance, scalability, and usability. A day in the life Most days start off with a team standup. Participate with a 2-pizza cross functional team of PM and SDEs as they discuss the activities for products and services. In this role you will work with business stakeholders to ideate products and features. You will collaborate with engineers of various levels to break down complex problems with real business impact. About the team Advertising Services is inclusive of service and support functions to ensure -- post-sale -- advertising customers are able to hit their marketing objectives. We cover the full spectrum of services and support from Ads Console and Sponsored Ads to Amazon DSP. We will achieve best-in-class service by obsessing over what customers actually need, and when they need it, to confidently and effectively grow their business.
