You'll be instrumental in building and maintaining the technical infrastructure that enables millions of sellers to expand their businesses globally through Amazon's platform.\nKey job responsibilities\nAs a Salesforce Developer & Admin you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of Salesforce and Amazon Web Services (AWS) systems. you will provide technical support to ensure a smooth customer experience.\nRespond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, resolving issues with Salesforce and AWS.\nConsistently document root cause analysis steps and findings, recommended solutions.\nMonitor customer service areas to identify potential system issues that could impact customer experience.\nComplete setup and configuration of Salesforce customer accounts and configurations.\nMaintain and improve existing Salesforce and AWS applications and processes.\nImplement changes to applications within Salesforce and AWS.\nDevelop requirements and specifications to meet customer needs.\nInstall, configure, and test new applications, software, and hardware in a timely manner.\nDevelop and execute effective system maintenance plans.\nConsult with stakeholders on application performance, scalability, and usability.\nEnsure compliance with security protocols for Salesforce and AWS systems.\nResolve system problems efficiently.\nBasic qualifications\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field\n- Experience with programming languages like Python, JavaScript, Go, .Net, Java or equivalent\nPreferred qualifications\n- Experience working cross-functionally across several teams both technical and non-technical\n- Experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities and experience in Linux/RHEL\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
