integration of emerging AI technologies.\nChampion software development best practices by implementing both traditional methodologies and AI-enhanced tools for code standards, testing, and debugging.\nMentor junior engineers on effective use of both traditional and AI-powered development tools while contributing to the team's growth.\nAnalyze and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability using data-driven approaches and ML-based monitoring tools.\nLead initiatives to evaluate and integrate new technologies, with particular focus on emerging GenAI capabilities that can enhance development workflows.\nContribute to the development of intellectual property through patents and technical innovations, including novel applications of AI in video streaming technology.\n\nRequirements: \n8+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.\n8+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.\n8+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.\nExperience as a mentor, tech lead, or leader of an engineering team.\n\nPreferred qualifications: \n8+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and
