# Senior AI Customer Engineer, PACE LATAM

Amazon is seeking a Senior AI Customer Engineer to join the AWS PACE AI Customer Engineering team. As part of an AI enabled development team you will support AWS customers to develop solutions specific to their articulated strategic vision for new products and services. Our PACE capability is designed to help our customers leverage this new way of working to deliver tangible technology and business outcomes using lean principles, iterative AI/GenAI powered software development, agentic approaches through multi-functional teams and a lightweight rapid development cycle. PACE is a hands-on team of cross functional developers supporting AWS customers to build rapid MVP experiments adapted to their specific, innovation focused, use cases. The role of an Ai Customer Engineer is to apply these methods to assemble and deliver technology and business outcomes for the world’s leading clients. The job will cover the LATAM geography, with some traveling to customer sites. Key job responsibilities - Architect, develop, test and implement loosely coupled distributed software solutions. - Research and employ up-to-date technological developments in customer engagements. - Drive the AWS platform
