These professional services engagements focus on the full platform of AWS customer solutions to help our customers and partners remove constraints and accelerate their journey to AWS.\nKey job responsibilities\nAs Engagement Manager you will manage projects independently and also deliver as part of larger teams.\nYou will own work streams end to end, starting by understanding the customer required outcomes, then leading the team through delivery, managing customer expectations, proactively handling risks and following an effective governance structure, in order to deliver solutions tied to the customer business objectives. You will communicate in an effective way with AWS team members and stakeholders, as well as with customer counterparts. When we feel supported in the workplace and at home, there’s nothing we can’t achieve in the cloud.\nBasic qualifications\n- 5+ years of leading multiple Agile teams (like Scrum Masters, Product Owners) concurrently or at scale experience\n- 7+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements experience\n- Bachelor's degree in STEM field\n- Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS or equivalent\n- Experience in leading multiple Agile teams (like Scrum Masters, Product Owners) concurrently or at scale\n- Experience in enterprise IT, either as a vendor, consultant or have prior experience working with or managing technical programs\n- 7+ years of delivering customer engagements in a professional services role experience\nPreferred qualifications\n- project management certification such as PMP, Scrum, or other Agile certification\n- AWS certification\n- Experience with Agile or other program management methodologies\n- Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent\n- 5+ years of cloud and on-premise integration experience, or Bachelor's degree\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
