You will own the go-to-market strategy and execution for strategic accounts, drive revenue growth, and set the vision for how AWS partners with enterprises to reshape the industry. You will report to the Finnish Leadership and collaborate closely with regional stakeholders to deliver on bold growth ambitions. This role is based in Helsinki, Finland with travel required to key customer sites.\nKey job responsibilities\nBuild and maintain trusted senior relationships with strategic enterprise accounts. Foster partnerships anchored on customer obsession, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nPartner with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Solutions Architects, Partner Organization, Marketing, Customer Success) to solve customers' most complex business and technical challenges.\nIdentify transformational opportunities, de-risk execution, and replicate success through scalable plays and mechanisms.\nUse data and metrics to manage pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and sales productivity.\nRepresent AWS at industry events and evangelize our innovation across Finland\nAccelerate customer adoption & develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts\nTravel as necessary\nBasic qualifications\n- 10+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience\n- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Finnish and/or English)\n- Sales Experience in management of large, complex enterprise accounts or equivalent\n- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives, demonstrating a strong familiarity with decision-making processes in enterprise customers\n- Solving problems with technology in the enterprise industries experience\nPreferred qualifications\n- Ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences\n- Experience influencing innovation through a partner ecosystem with either solutions or programs with demonstrated success for Finnish enterprises\n- Experience working with global cross-functional teams\n- Vertical expertise in Manufacturing, Consumer Product Goods and/or Retail\n- Deep understanding of cloud, infrastructure, data, analytics, and AI/ML with ability to translate technology into strategic business outcome\n- Experience with pipeline management or other CRM tools\nAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
