If you thrive when the pace is fast and the stakes are high, we want to hear from you.\nKey job responsibilities\n- Manage complex executive calendars with precision, reprioritizing on the fly as urgent needs emerge and ensuring leaders are prepared for every commitment.\n- Coordinate domestic and international travel, organize events and offsites, and handle logistics end to end while maintaining confidentiality throughout.\n- Track key deliverables on behalf of leadership, follow up on open items, and keep projects moving forward across the organization.\n- Identify opportunities to streamline cross-team processes and procedures, using tools such as Microsoft Suite, ticketing systems, and generative AI to improve efficiency.\n- Prepare, collect, and curate content for leaders in partnership with stakeholders, and draft or edit written communications on their behalf.\nA day in the life\nYou will start your morning reviewing your leaders' schedules, resolving conflicts, and preparing for upcoming meetings. From there, you may shift to coordinating urgent requests or preparing travel itineraries all while exercising discretion with sensitive information.
