Senior Instock Manager) to lead availability, forecasting, and inventory decisions for a retail category in Amazon Australia. Represent the team across departments including leadership, using clear written narratives and data-backed recommendations.\n- Coach and develop team members, setting clear goals and building an inclusive culture that supports continuous learning and operational excellence.\nA day in the life\nYou might start your morning reviewing availability and inventory-health metrics, then shift into a working session with technology partners to refine requirements for a new forecasting tool. After lunch you could join a cross-functional review with Marketing and Category teams to align on an upcoming promotional plan.
