Accurate forecasting is essential for FC ops and FC capacity teams to plan operations effectively, ensuring optimal resource utilization and minimal operational costs.\nAI-Driven Innovation: Our team is at the forefront of applying AI/ML technologies to transform supply chain forecasting. We leverage deep learning models (DeepAR, LSTMs), Generative AI, and Agentic AI to build intelligent systems that predict, adapt, and optimize inbound operations in real time. This is a rare opportunity to work on AI solutions that directly impact Amazon's global supply chain at scale.\nThis role requires close collaboration with the science team to design and enhance Machine Learning (ML) models for improved forecasting accuracy and with our Sale and Operations Planning (S&OP) team integrate FBA forecasting into the broader network plan. We are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-oriented Senior Program Manager for our capacity and inventory planning space.
