Your focus will be on designing program frameworks, building governance mechanisms, driving vendor experience transformation (VSAT), and influencingcross-functional teams spanning FinOps, Amazon Vendor Services, Retail, Item and Supply Management, and Category Leadership to unlock operational efficiencies and sustained metric improvement at scale.\nKey job responsibilities\nDrive continuous program improvement by defining success metrics, building measurement frameworks, and enabling data-driven decision making across WBR, MBR, QBR, and Account Manager Scorecard governance cadences\nDesign and scale proactive vendor defect prevention programs across marketplaces by building globally replicable playbooks, operating models, and program frameworks that convert pilot programs into multi-marketplace operations\nInfluence senior leadership stakeholders to secure investment decisions, resource allocation, and strategic buy-in for program growth by writing effective narratives (BRDs, PR-FAQs) and presenting to directors and vice presidents\nPartner with cross-functional teams (FinOps, AVS, Retail, ISM, Category Leadership) to define program strategy, set objectives, analyze data, and drive measurable improvements - proactively identifying and mitigating risks across teams, processes, and systems before they become roadblocks\nOwn the vendor experience transformation roadmap (VSAT), designing engagement frameworks and feedback mechanisms that improve vendor satisfaction while partnering with Account Management leadership on execution and delivery\nAbout the team\nJoin the EU FD VCP team where you'll own the strategic program roadmap that is driving millions in vendor financial recovery across Amazon's vendor compliance ecosystem - launching programs in new countries, designing scalable frameworks, and shaping the vendor experience across marketplaces.
