In this role, an Execution Supply Chain Analyst will seek out problems, dive deep into data, earn trust of partner teams, and deliver results that can have a large scale influence. This role is a blend of short term execution and long term strategic planning, that requires quick decision-making, with incomplete data, while also thinking big and influencing the long term direction of the network. \nYou will be responsible for driving EU level strategic projects and change initiatives in collaboration with multiple stakeholders and in alignment with senior management. You will also work on key analytical projects to drive smarter and optimal decisions within the team. \nThe end goal of this role is to answer the question of how we can fulfill more products to our customers in a safer, faster, more efficient, and more cost-effective manner.\nKey job responsibilities\n- Make sound business judgments to drive both tactical as well as strategic improvements\n- Own programmatic execution and the detailed and strategic levels\n- Identify, prioritize, and implement processes to eliminate defects in the supply chain\n- Create, develop, and drive solutions that lead to a richer end to end customer experience\n- Successfully operate and influence in a cross-functional capacity\n- Provide analytical deep dives and models to better guide network execution and strategy\nAbout the team\nCustomer Fulfilment, or CF, is where it all started for Amazon. Some of us work with physical products, while others analyse data to help everyone across the business make smart decisions.\nBasic qualifications\n- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a related field\n- Experience in supply chain program, project, or automation related product management, or leading an implementation of a product\n- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements\n- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership\n- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in SQL Server/MySQL\n- Experience using managed ML/AI solutions\nPreferred qualifications\n- Master's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field, or Master's degree in engineering, management, or technology\n- Experience in driving process and tool improvements\n- Experience using data analysis to drive business decisions\n- Experience building and growing relationships with internal and external partners\n- Experience giving skills and communicating complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences across different functions\n- Knowledge of SQL/Python/R, scripting, MS Excel, table joins, and aggregate analytical functions\nAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
