You turn a set of independent partner builds into a coordinated pipeline - identifying critical path, clearing cross-org dependencies across Product, Engineering, Partner Development, and the pods, and escalating with judgment. You own named programs with explicit launch goals, measured on time-to-integration and throughput.\nKey job responsibilities\n- Own named launch programs end to end, each with defined scope, milestones, and measurable launch goals.\n- Run the cross-pod launch calendar, sequencing partner integrations and identifying critical path across teams.\n- Own intake and exit for prototyping/co-build engagements, enforcing entry criteria, timebox, and handoff.\n- Define and report the portfolio's operating metrics - time-to-integration, throughput, reuse, WBR inputs.\n- Drive cross-org dependencies to closure across Product, Engineering, Partner Development, and the pods.\n- Run the operating cadences and mechanisms (reviews, swim-lane coordination, status narratives) that keep programs on track.\n- Identify and mitigate program risks before they become launch blockers; escalate with sound judgment.\n- Streamline or eliminate excess process, standardizing how integrations move through the pipeline.\nA day in the life\nCustomers: the partner pods (M1-M3) and their SAs, whose integrations the TPM sequences to launch; partners benefit through faster, more predictable delivery.\nInternal stakeholders: Solutions Architects and pod managers, Amazon Ads Product & Engineering, Partner Development Managers, the Principal SA (prototyping/Gen AI intake), and leadership (WBR/program reviews).\nProblems solved: integrations stall on cross-team dependencies and unclear critical path; launches slip without a shared calendar; prototyping work lacks disciplined intake/exit; leadership lacks reliable time-to-integration metrics.\nDaily: run program and launch cadences, track critical path, unblock cross-org dependencies, manage intake/exit, maintain the metrics, and report program status and risk.\nAbout the team\nThe Amazon Ads Partner Solutions team enables partners to build and scale innovative advertising technology solutions. Working with customer data platforms, systems integrators, agency holding companies, independent agencies, ad servers, and retail media platforms, this global team designs and delivers technical solutions that drive partner success. The team combines deep advertising technology expertise with Amazon's latest capabilities, including AI-driven features, to help partners build scalable, secure, and performant solutions.
