This role will own site readiness from facility selection and design through buildout, launch, and transition to operations.\nThe Sr. TPM will translate engineering and operational needs into site requirements and coordinate the infrastructure, systems, and tools required for vehicle testing and fleet operations. The role will work across engineering, operations, real estate, IT, safety, security, and external partners to manage dependencies, resolve issues, and deliver each site on schedule.\nThe ideal candidate has experience launching facilities or operations that combine physical infrastructure, connected systems, software tools, and field teams.
