This includes analyzing requirements, assessing testability, identifying automation opportunities and implementing them for projects where the work will be run by multiple businesses in parallel.\nLead and actively participate in design review, test planning and tools reviews, aligning teams across organization towards coherent test tool strategy.\nLead effort towards simplifying test tools and technologies in terms of efficiency, effectiveness stability, extensibility, and scalability. Actively participate in employee hiring and development process.\nBuild scalable systems through System design (HLD/LLD) and peer reviews.\nSupport Operational efficiency improvements challenging status quo for services we own including but not limited to Policy engine, Pipeline freshness, SAS risks etc and help maintain OE goals.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that directly enhance customer experience.\nOwn and maintain development dashboards, telemetry and monitoring.
