Our ideal candidate brings a strong sense of ownership, clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies - including agentic AI systems, LLMs, and LLM-based tools. You will lead the development and launch of new features that adopt agentic AI at scale, drive system architecture, influence team strategy, mentor engineers, and establish best practices that deliver a high-quality product. You bring a solid understanding of software design principles, a demonstrated track record of delivering new features and products to production, and a genuine passion for innovating on behalf of customers. You ramp quickly, raise the bar for the engineers around you, and bring direct, hands-on experience with agentic AI and LLM frameworks to solve production-grade challenges.
