In this, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional peers and open source project maintainers to influence our overall strategy and define the team’s roadmap. You will drive the system architecture, spearhead best practices that enable a quality product, and help coach and develop junior engineers. A successful candidate will have an established background in engineering large scale software systems, a strong technical ability, great communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.\nAbout the team\nAmazon MQ is a single tenant managed service for open source message brokers. Our team is established in two locations (Vancouver & Seattle) and we're responsible for end-to-end delivery of our external & internal roadmap and supporting our customers.
