They will scale to thousands of robots working safely and efficiently alongside people, and grow as Amazon's robotics footprint expands across the globe.\nThe successful candidate will be a collaborative, hands-on manager with a track record of leading engineering and science teams to build high-performance, scalable, and highly available distributed systems that solve real-world problems. Experience in areas such as large-scale distributed systems, real-time task allocation and scheduling, fleet or resource management, event-driven architectures, and running production services with high operational standards is strongly desired.
