# Software Development Manager, FBA-Segment Growth & Acceleration

FBA-Segment Growth & Acceleration is an organization with a multi-year charter to accelerate Fulfillment by Amazon's growth into its largest untapped product segments. We focus on categories where FBA has large addressable opportunity, but where structural barriers have kept penetration far below potential. Those barriers include cost economics, fulfillment complexity, catalog limitations and seller trust gaps. Our portfolio spans heavy and bulky goods, premium electronics and appliances, multi-component products, and Amazon Business supply chain. We are looking for a Software Development Manager to build and lead an engineering team that contributes across all of our mission areas: non-sort economics, high-ASP seller trust, multi-box fulfillment, seller growth and B2B supply chain. You will hire, grow and lead a team of software engineers. You will turn ambiguous business problems into clear technical roadmaps, and you will deliver programs that depend on systems owned by other organizations.
