The transformation eliminates significant administrative burden across the organization while delivering substantial cost savings and recovering employee productivity at scale.\nWe are seeking a Software Development Manager (SDM) to lead the development of new services that power the end-to-end travel and expense experience for Amazonians worldwide. You will build and ship solutions across the Plan, Book, Pay, and Expense modules - integrating AI capabilities such as intelligent policy guidance, automated expense categorization, and GenAI-driven workflows into production systems that must work reliably across 64 countries, multiple currencies, and diverse regulatory environments.\nYou will partner closely with Product Managers, Software Development Engineers (SDEs), Front-End Engineers (FEEs), and Applied Scientists to translate the platform vision into scalable, high-quality services that simplify how employees travel, host events, and manage expenses.\nThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience building and leading teams of software engineers, front-end engineers, and technical program managers, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level systems at scale.
