Our team owns developing the architecture, solutions & roadmap for managing the customer lifecycle for telecom services; for example identity and account management, subscriber management services, user provisioning, billing and payments, customer and technical support tools, offer management tools, and customer metrics and analytics. As the Software Development Manager you will lead a team of engineers to solve these problems.\nExport Control Requirement\nDue to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.\nKey job responsibilities\n-Aid in the design and delivery of Telecom Components, Applications and Services.\n-Work with our peer teams and stakeholders to design suitable software systems and interfaces to fulfill the customer needs.\n-Develop a strategic plan for the growth of the team, both from a software services and organization perspective.\n-Hire & Develop a diverse team of software engineers.\n-Collaborate with your fellow team members to form a strong foundation for a software organization in Project Leo.\n-Help on-board and mentor new team members.\nA day in the life\nYou will work with Product Management and Business Stakeholders on defining the roadmap for Leo's customer lifecycle.
