We are the owner, steward, and authority responsible for the sports catalog that powers the live sports experience for Prime Video customers worldwide. We build the automation, tooling, and AI-powered capabilities that enable operators and systems to publish content quickly and accurately for events like NBA, Fox Sports, and other major live programming. Our Bangalore team is a growing engineering hub, and this role is central to scaling our impact. \nAbout the role: As a Software Development Manager on the LEP team, you will lead a team of engineers building and operating the suite of services that fulfill our vision: the world's richest, most reliable, and lowest-latency catalog - enabling sports fans worldwide to discover, purchase, and consume sports content in any format, on any device. After lunch you check operational dashboards, then shift to a one-on-one where you coach a team member through a promotion plan.
