The Amazon Compensation Technology team is seeking an innovative and highly motivated Software Development Manager to join our growing organization.\nWe are building new software products and large-scale distributed systems to manage the compensation experience for Amazon's rapidly growing workforce. We leverage the latest AWS technologies like Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, Redshift, and S3 to build highly scalable solutions.\nSuccessful candidates will be strong leaders who can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and have a consistent track record of delivering large-scale solutions. You will guide your team through all aspects of the agile software development lifecycle, including design, architecture, development, documentation, testing, and operations. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
