Your day might include mapping talent markets to identify passive candidates, using Boolean search and AI-powered platforms to surface qualified prospects, and engaging candidates through personalized outreach. You'll collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their needs, then translate those insights into targeted pipeline strategies. You'll also analyze sourcing metrics and market trends to share strategic recommendations with leadership, mentor colleagues on emerging tools and methodologies, and continuously refine your approaches based on what's working.
