If you are a collaborative problem-solver who thrives on translating ambiguous requirements into well-architected designs, we want to hear from you.\nKey job responsibilities\n- Design end-to-end technical solutions for customers by understanding their business context, outcome priorities, and technology challenges, while applying sound judgment on trade-offs such as load distribution, data store choice, scaling strategy, and failover mechanisms.\n- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, diving deeply into technical details, identifying opportunities and risks, and contributing to constructive discussions that improve their experience with our technologies.\n- Leverage existing design patterns and reusable architectures where appropriate, and create new solution designs with potential for future reuse across the organization when existing patterns do not fit.\n- Develop and deliver technical content including presentations, workshops, and written guidance that incorporates lessons learned from customer engagements, and share best practices with both technical and non-technical audiences.\n- Collaborate with internal teams across sales, engineering, professional services, and support to progress customer opportunities, identify product gaps, and translate customer feedback into actionable technical requirements.\nA day in the life\nYou start your morning reviewing a customer's architecture proposal, identifying areas where the design can be simplified or made more resilient. By midday, you are leading a working session with a customer's engineering team, whiteboarding a migration strategy and walking through the implications of different approaches. In the afternoon, you might join a peer design review with fellow architects, contribute feedback on a colleague's solution, or draft a reusable reference architecture based on a pattern you recently delivered.\nAbout the team\nOur team of Solutions Architects works closely with customers to turn complex technical problems into practical, well-designed solutions.
