We are responsible for delivering major remodel programs that transform existing stores into next-generation retail environments while the stores remain open and operational. Our team operates nationally, managing a portfolio of high-complexity remodels across 600+ locations. We partner closely with Design, IT, Property Management, Program Management, Operations, Equipment, Refrigeration, Commissioning, Facilities, and Finance teams to deliver projects that improve the customer and Team Member experience while optimizing capital investment. Our projects span the full complexity of grocery infrastructure, from refrigeration systems and food service equipment to specialty fixtures and store technology. We value customer centricity, ownership, bias for action, and a builder's mindset. Our CPMs operate with significant autonomy and are trusted to make high-judgment decisions independently.
