This role is the primary owner of our deployment vendor ecosystem - spanning system integrators, contract manufacturers, third-party assembly vendors, service providers, and workforce partners. You will drive vendor strategy, capacity planning, qualification, performance management, and on-site deployment support to ensure all external partners deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. \nYou will define and execute the deployment vendor strategy aligned to Plan of Record (POR) demand, lead competitive sourcing processes, qualify and onboard new vendors, manage vendor performance through structured scorecards and KPIs, and serve as the single point of contact between Amazon and our vendor partners for all deployment-related matters. This includes goals around cost reductions and improved quality and safety processes. \n- Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for vendor services, ensuring they meet or surpass customer satisfaction requirements.
