Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.\nYou will collaborate with Business Leaders, Data Center Operations leaders, HRBPs, and partner teams to design, implement, and deploy HR strategies across talent management, performance management, compensation, and employee relations. A core differentiator of this role is leveraging Builder listening mechanisms to proactively monitor and analyze sentiment trends, delivering regular insights and recommended actions to site leadership and HR Business Partners.\nKey job responsibilities\nBuilder Advocacy & Engagement\n- Leverage Builder sentiment data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights to site leadership and HRBPs.\n- Partner with leaders across the organization to develop strategies focused on the Builder experience - Conduct weekly Gemba Go See (GGS) walks to stay connected to the frontline experience.\n- Foster and role model an inclusive environment for all Builders.\nHR Consulting & Leadership Development\n- Coach and develop site leadership on talent management, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.\n- Serve as first point of escalation for Builder concerns, exercising sound judgment in ambiguous situations.\n- Apply HR fundamentals, including employment law and policy interpretation, to influence outcomes across diverse populations.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\n- Partner with HRBPs, Employee Relations, and Labor Relations to align on engagement strategies and ensure consistent execution. \n- Conduct workplace investigations in collaboration with Builder Relations.\n- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to adapt HR strategies to a rapidly evolving operational environment.\nOperational Delivery\n- Support Builder queries with discretion, navigating Amazon policies with sound judgment.\n- Drive adoption of HR technology and self-service tools to improve efficiency.\n- Own and deliver site-specific people initiatives with measurable outcomes.\nAbout the team\nDiverse Experiences\nAmazon values diverse experiences.
