You'll lead training with teams globally, helping to scale the knowledge across the team and drive better outcomes for advertising customers. \nOur team is committed to creating dynamic, engaging, effective learning content that scales and generates results-while having fun and learning from each other.\nKey job responsibilities\n* Work backwards from agency customer and with business stakeholders to identify needs for training and upskilling\n* Design innovative learning solutions that focus on behavioral outcomes \n* Develop sophisticated learning content using advanced multimedia tools \n* Proactively identify performance gaps and propose learning interventions \n* Share expertise in programmatic advertising, eLearning and Instructional Design with more junior team members \nAbout the team\nSupport Products & Services provides robust customer services for advertisers ranging from small business owners to deeply experienced traders at large global ad agencies.
